| I have grown up hating my skin! I have tried so many expensive and inexpensive products to relieve my skin of acne and sensitivity. I contacted the ontario location by phone and spoke to sam. She was very patient and listened to all my needs. She then recommended I come in and she would try Perricone MD products on my skin and see if it didnt irritate it. | In come in regularly at least 2-3 times a month or more. Sam is always the one that helps me and she is great! If Sam is busy I wait for her she knows her line is respectful and always helps me with what I need. Thank you. Dianna 4/24/2010

| I want to let everyone know I have been to many beauty supply stores and I dont believe none have came close to the excellent customer service that I received from Planet Beauty in Topanga Mall. Tracy the girl that helped me was so knowledgeable very patient answering all my questions always with a smile. I highly recommend this store! great products and atmosphere. | Today I took a visit after I picked up my latte from The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I just wanted to let everyone at Planet Beauty that I have been to the Studio City location and the one in the near by mall and believe me I have never felt so welcomed .
