Program Overview

Welcome to the Planet Beauty Reward Program (the “Program”). Membership to this Program is free of charge and requires no minimum purchase. Sign up to earn reward points on every purchase made in-store. To earn points on your purchases, you must provide/verify your email address to your sales associate at the time of purchase. Your membership points will be posted to your rewards account 30 days after your purchase, in keeping with the Planet Beauty return policy.

Eligibility

You must be 13 years of age or older to be eligible for participation. Reward members ages 13 to 17 years must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. No purchase is necessary to obtain a Planet Beauty Reward account. The Program is valid at Planet Beauty locations; online orders do not qualify for reward points now. Each customer may only have one rewards account. To receive reward benefits you must provide/maintain a valid email address. Your rewards are subject to the current terms and conditions and may change from time to time. All rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable. Planet Beauty employees, brand representatives or anyone who receives a special discount, are not eligible.

You can un-enroll at any time by contacting customer service at 949-752-1885 or by emailing info@planetbeauty.com. By participating in the Planet Beauty rewards program, you agree to receive communication about the program via email. It is the participant’s responsibility to keep the email address current to receive program rewards.

Legacy Members

A “legacy” customer is a customer who participated in Planet Beauty’s original membership program, received a discount that ranged between 10%-30%, and has “grandfather rights” to that discount. Legacy customers will continue to receive their “grandfathered” discount if they make one Planet Beauty purchase per year. If the Legacy customer does not make one Planet Beauty purchase per year, that customer forfeits their “grandfathered” discount and will automatically be enrolled in our current loyalty program.
