Before shampooing, apply Pre-Tox Spray to dry hair, saturating thoroughly. Wait 1 – 3 minutes. Shampoo as usual. Use every 3 – 4 shampoos. Wet hair, lather shampoo. Leave on for 1 - 2 minutes as needed. Rinse. Apply conditioner to clean, wet hair. Leave on for 2 – 3 minutes. Rinse.
