We understand that sometimes things happen and you need answers on how to return products. At Planet Beauty, we want to make this as simple as possible and while protecting our customers, vendors, and products so that we may continue to offer the lowest prices in the industry. Should you have a need to return or exchange a product (when allowed), we ask that you follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Can I Return My Product(s)?
In general, YES!
We ask that you follow these general guidelines before initiating a return to Planet Beauty.
- Returns MUST BE INITIATED AND RECEIVED within 30 (Thirty) Days of the original purchase.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. If you have lost or misplaced your receipt, you may review a copy by signing on to your Planet Beauty account and finding/printing a copy of the original sales order. LOGIN HERE or REGISTER
- In order to offer the best possible price Planet Beauty reserves the right to inspect all return activity for abuse at planetbeauty.com and refuse returns in cases of abuse.
- You can always bring the item(s) you wish to return to any Planet Beauty store for immediate assistance.
- If you decide to initiate the return online, please follow the guidelines below. Return shipping fees are communicated by our customer service team after you initiate the return. Return costs will be deducted from the total of the order. Only in the cases where Planet Beauty is at fault will the shipping cost be covered by Planet Beauty.
2. How Do I Initiate a Return?
- Email us: The first step to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely return is to reach out to our customer service department by emailing Planet Beauty Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at 949.752.1885, Monday through Friday, 9AM-6PM PT. Our Customer Service Representatives will be able to confirm if your item(s) is/are eligible for return and explain our process. Please have your original order number ready when you email or call. Please allow 24 hours to receive instructions from our customer service department
- If you are instructed to send the item back, please use the same shipping carton that you received it in.
- You will receive a mailing label via email from our customer service team. Please follow their instructions. This label will include the return address. Items must be returned in new or gently used condition.
3. What Happens Next?
After we process your return, you will receive credit back to your original form of payment. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive notification that we have refunded your account. If purchased by Gift Card, or Paypal, your credit will be issued in form of Planet Beauty Gift Card.
