Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair, gently massage into scalp, lengths, and ends of hair. Repeat if needed.After rinsing out shampoo, apply a small amount of conditioner to lengths and ends. Comb through and leave on 5-10 mins. Rinse thoroughly.
