HOW TO
Twist cap to remove the Level Up Lash Enhancing Serum wand from the vial. Wipe excess product on rim of vial. One dip of the wand is enough serum for application to both eyes. With eye closed, apply serum directly to clean, dry upper lash line in a similar motion to applying liquid eyeliner. Avoid touching your eyes until serum has dried. Repeat nightly for 12 weeks to achieve optimal results.
