DESCRIPTION
Jane Iredale PureBrow Shaping Pencil is a retractable shaping brow pencil and spoolie to outline, shape and fill brows. Designed with a soft, easy-to-blend, tear-drop-shaped tip to help expertly outlines, shapes and fills brows. The spoolie helps seamlessly softens & blends color and fluffs brows. Formulated to be water and smudge resistant. Vegan and wheat-free.

HOW TO
Use thicker side of pencil to create shape and fill brows. Use finer side of pencil to outline and create definition.
