Next, gently move T-Bar upward between eyebrows for 60 seconds in small strokes.
Above the lip, hold the bar horizontally and stroke along the sides for 15 seconds—repeat 6 times.
For the neck, sweep the bar upwards along the sides for 15 seconds—repeat 6 times.
On the cheeks, move the bar horizontally from the center of your chin towards the sides of your face. Move upwards until you get to the ears—repeat 6 times.
